I used to work as a stockbroker, and thought I was going to live the decadent life forever. Now that the economy’s gone to seed, I know what it feels to live a hand-to-mouth existence. I’ve had to give up all of my cars but one ancient sedan, and have moved to a small house that’s in danger of being foreclosed.
